Class Overview

With BBQ season rapidly approaching we’re keen to show you an alternative to the bog-standard burgers and sausages. Not only will we coach you on how to tackle this dish on the BBQ, but we’ll give you all the chefy tips you’ll need to create this dish in the comfort of the kitchen.

To complete the dish you’ll be making a beautiful smoked bacon and tomato couscous as well as a spicy siracha mayo.

A light spring/summer dish, bursting with flavour!
