We’re delighted to announce our very first Guest Chef, Kitchen Takeover Session at The Dundee Cooking Academy.

The legendary Gill Young of The Shack Street-Food will be running a 1 course session on Sunday 1st March at 1pm, demonstrating how to make her signature Taxi Driver Burger, with Hand-Cut Chips, Quick Smokey Chipolte Mayo and Shredded Slaw!!

Gill and her amazing burgers will be no stranger to Dundonians…. always served with a healthy side of banter.

We’re excited to work with the best local talent and can’t wait to welcome Gill to the Dundee Cooking Academy – It’s going to be a hoot!!
