This session is jam packed with fabulous flavours and great cooking techniques to sink your teeth into, whilst creating two of Indonesia’s most popular street food dishes. From scratch we will create the hugely popular ‘Nasi Goreng’ followed by a beautiful, sweet, fresh coconut cake known as ‘Wingko Babat’. These are mouth watering, sweet, spicy, yet simple dishes to add to your repertoire.
