Class Overview

In this session we create a beautiful starter of kataifi wrapped king prawns. To follow, we get a hold of some beautiful Scottish mussels to create a fantastic, fragrant sauce that we use to dress a perfectly seared piece of gorgeous seabass. This session really is a seafood lovers paradise with flavours that could gain anyone their 17th Michelin Star…..maybe! Very simple cooking done right.
