As stated in the title, Chef has picked out 3 of his favourites to create what some might consider the best 3 course session yet. We will be creating Smoked Haddock & Leek Bridie to start, followed by Beef Wellington with Yorke’s of Dundee Black Pudding, then Rhubarb & Ginger Crumble to finish. (Chef must really like puff pastry)
