A traditional Vindaloo is known to be fiery but did you know it doesn’t have to blow your head off. In this session we are going to create a ‘Goan’ style Vindaloo with beautiful hot, sour and smoked flavours, using meaty pork belly. We will cook perfect basmati rice and knock up a refreshing coriander & mint raita to accompany. Then on to a supper simple and refreshing dessert known as Kesari. Excellent tips and flavours to to be enjoyed during this spicy experience
