Class Overview

This small plate session covers lots of different, amazing Spanish tapas highlights. 9 in total that you get to sample, split over this 3 course session. You will be making Gambas Ajillo and Crispy Squid with Romesco. Followed by Saffron & Chorizo Steamed Clams and Croquetas de jamon. Then to finish is fried pork fillet and Manchego cheese known as Flamenquin and patatas bravas. Chef will throw in a few extra demonstrations for you to try such as padron peppers with prosciutto and mint, fried goats cheese with honey and Chorizo cooked in red wine. So much tasty food involved in this incredible experience.
