We are delighted to announce a fantastic collaboration session here at the Academy. We have teamed up with our longstanding, fantastic supplier ‘YORKES OF DUNDEE’, to bring you a session experience like no other. We will have Master Butcher Iain Doig on site for the day providing the group with a full butchery demonstration. We are going LAMB and Iain will prepare for us all different available cuts using the whole lamb in a demonstration in our downstairs working kitchen. At this point it is upstairs to the Academy where our Chef Tutor Lewis will guide you through a rack of lamb dish masterclass. Sound good? GET BOOKED IN NOW!!!!
