A fun packed day discovering exactly why Scottish seafood is the best in the world. Oh, did we mention that one of our Chefs is a former ‘Seafood Chef of the Year’ for Scotland. This must mean we know what we are talking about. We are talking West Coast mussels, fish filleting, Scottish seafood risotto and the chance to fall in love with amazing Loch Fyne oysters.
