Our Head Chef Fred has pulled together some of his favourite recipes to design this amazing 3 course session where from scratch you will create his famous chicken liver pate starter, beef stroganoff with basmati followed by a superb lemon and lime cheesecake. Don’t get your hopes up, Lewis as always will be hosting the session as Fred is a shy guy but great that he wants involved with the design aspects of improving our offering. He does promise to make an appearance though!
