Class Overview

In this session, we will make sure fish never sticks to the pan again, achieving a beautiful crispy skinned mackerel. To complete this dish you’ll be making a beautiful smoked bacon and tomato couscous as well as a spicy siracha mayonnaise from scratch. To finish, a warm, soft centred chocolate fondant. A fantastic session, bursting with flavour!
